Kylee M. Pohl
Attorney
Kylee joined Scudder Law Firm in 2007 as a law clerk and then as an associate attorney in 2009 after graduation from law school.
Kylee’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate compliance, Exchange Act reporting and compliance, securities offerings, business formation, and general corporate matters.
Kylee received her J.D., with high distinction, in 2009 from the University of Nebraska College of Law. While in law school, Kylee served as Executive Editor of the Nebraska Law Review. She also received the McGrath North Excellence in Legal Writing Award and CALI awards for Conflict of Laws and Negotiations, completed a specialized program of Concentrated Study in Business Planning and Taxation, and was awarded the Nathan Burke Memorial Competition Prize for a paper discussing copyright law. In her last semester of law school, Kylee participated in an internship with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, where she was assigned to the Division of Corporation Finance's Office of Mergers and Acquisitions. In 2005, Kylee received her B.S. in Business Administration, with highest distinction, from Nebraska Wesleyan University.
