Chris worked at Scudder Law Firm as an Associate and Partner from 2013 to 2022. Chris rejoined the firm as a Partner in 2025 after working in-house for a Fortune 100 information technology company, where he led the securities, capital markets, and board governance legal function.
Chris focuses on mergers and acquisitions, public company compliance, disclosure, and governance, registered and unregistered capital markets transactions, corporate finance, and other complex business transactions and corporate matters. He has experience counseling businesses in a variety of industries, ranging from startups to large-cap public companies, on their most critical corporate matters.
Chris received his J.D., with highest distinction, in 2012 from the University of Nebraska College of Law, where he served as an Executive Editor of the Nebraska Law Review.
