David joined Scudder Law Firm in 2023 as an associate attorney.
David focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate compliance, securities reporting and compliance, securities offerings, business formation, corporate finance, and general corporate matters.
David received his J.D., with high distinction, in 2023 from the University of Nebraska College of Law with concentrations in business law and real estate transactions, and was named to the Order of the Coif. In 2004, David received his B.S., with distinction, in Agribusiness from the University of Nebraska. Prior to attending law school David owned and operated a corn and soybean farm in northeast Nebraska.
