PJ joined Scudder Law Firm in 2023 as an associate attorney.
PJ focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate compliance, securities reporting and compliance, securities offerings, business formation, corporate finance, and general corporate matters.
PJ graduated from Duke University School of Law in 2019 with both a J.D. and an LL.M. in Law and Entrepreneurship. While a law student, he was a student attorney in the Start-Up Ventures Clinic, which provides pro bono legal advice to startups in the Raleigh-Durham area. PJ earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Stanford University.
